Description
Extra light pallet for space-saving block stacking
An outstanding weight/load ratio makes the Plastic Pallet Eco-Smart Pallet – US.3 a reliable, cost-effective pallet for medium-size loads. Due to the efficient design, they accept dynamic loads up to 4,400 lbs. (2,200 kg) and racking loads of 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg) – despite their low weight of only 32.1 lbs. (14.6 kg). This pallet is available in 48 x 40 inches – Euro Size (1200 x 1000 mm), designed with three runners and a large fork opening to minimize damage and provide excellent impact resistance.
The Plastic Pallet Eco-Smart Pallet – US.3 combines strength and economy. Fabricated of recycled Polypropylene (PP) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic resin, using high-pressure injection molding creating superior strength to carry heavy loads with low tare weight.
They are ideal for use in warehouse racking systems, as well as stack loading, closed loop transport, floor storage, and automated material handling applications, across all industry sectors – Food, Retail, Newspapers, and Pharmaceuticals.
In addition to their resilience on long transport routes, low price, and low dead weight, plastic export pallets also conform to ISPM-15.
This monoblock pallet with 3 runners is impressive for its weight/load ratio. Due to the efficient design of the pallets, they bear up to 1100 lbs (500 kg) in high racks, despite their low weight. Precise dimensions and design increase process reliability in automatic conveyor systems.
